This award helps recognize excellence in performance by members who build multi-unit projects and to inform the industry and public of these achievements.
Requirements
Eligibility Criteria & Important Information:
• The builder must have completed at least one multi-unit building comprising of two or more units.
Homes must have been completed during the period of January 1, 2024 – December 31, 2024.
• All applicants must be a member in good standing with CHBA NS.
Please ensure all parts of the application are complete. Award categories must receive at least 2 submissions to be considered an award. CHBA NS reserves the right to not present this award in any given year.
• A non-refundable fee of $100 must accompany each application.
