Description
This award helps recognize excellence in performance by members who build outstanding new homes and to inform the industry and public of these achievements. A custom home is one-of-a-kind home that is designed for a specific client and for a particular location and is not built on spec. Custom homes afford consumers the opportunity to control layout, lot size, and accessibility.
Requirements
Eligibility Criteria & Important Information:
• This application is for builders who want to showcase excellence in new home construction for either spec homes, production, or custom designed homes.
• All applicants must be a member in good standing with CHBA NS.
Applicant must have built at least four homes during the timeframe of January 1, 2024 – December 31, 2024.
Virtual staging is no permitted however, real estate stagging with tangible fixed items are permitted.
Homes must have been completed during the period of January 1, 2024 – December 31, 2024.
Please ensure all parts of the application are complete. Award categories must receive at least 2 submissions to be considered an award. CHBA NS reserves the right to not present this award in any given year.
• A non-refundable fee of $100 must accompany each application.
