Description

This award recognizes a CHBA NS member who has demonstrated excellence in the field of modular construction. The recipient will have shown innovation, efficiency, and high-quality standards in their modular projects.

Requirements

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be an active member of CHBA NS and in good standing with the association.

• Must have completed 4 modular construction projects within Nova Scotia.

• Must demonstrate excellence in modular construction techniques, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

Homes must have been completed during the period of January 1, 2024 – December 31, 2024.

A non-refundable fee of $100 must accompany each application.
