Description
This award recognizes excellence in residential renovation. The application should demonstrate overall appeal, design quality, functionality, creative use of space, integration with the existing home, environmental features, and how project challenges were addressed.
Requirements
Eligibility Criteria & Important Information:
- Renovations must have been completed during the year of 2026
- Applicant must be considered a renovator with CHBA NS.
- Applicant must be a CHBA NS member in good standing.
- A signed homeowner permission form is required for all renovation projects submitted. Missing homeowner permission forms may result in disqualification.
- A non-refundable fee of $125 must accompany each application.
