Description
This award recognizes excellence in new home construction, including design appeal, innovation, functionality, special features, and overall value to the homeowner or buyer. Eligible homes may include spec homes, production homes, or custom-designed homes.
Requirements
Eligibility Criteria & Important Information:
- Applicant must have built at least four homes during the year of 2026.
- The home referenced in this application must have been completed during the year of 2026.
- Applicant must be a CHBA NS member in good standing.
- Virtual staging is not permitted. Real estate staging using tangible fixed items is permitted.
- The same home or project may not be submitted in multiple categories where CHBA NS rules prohibit duplicate submissions.
- A non-refundable fee of $125 must accompany each application.
