This award recognizes excellence in multi-unit residential construction. The application should demonstrate design quality, innovation, functionality, special features, and overall appeal to the intended customer or resident.
Requirements
Eligibility Criteria & Important Information:
- Applicant must have completed at least one multi-unit building comprising two or more units.
- Homes/units must have been completed during the year of 2026.
- Applicant must be a CHBA NS member in good standing.
- A non-refundable fee of $125 must accompany each application.
