This award recognizes a CHBA NS member that consistently demonstrates outstanding customer service in the residential construction industry. The application should show how the company meets and exceeds customer expectations, builds positive relationships, manages concerns, and continuously improves the client experience.

Requirements

Eligibility Criteria:

• Applicant must be a CHBA NS member in good standing.
• Applicant must have provided residential construction services within Nova Scotia.
• Applicant must demonstrate a commitment to excellence in customer service.
• A non-refundable fee of $125 must accompany each application.
