Description
This award recognizes an outstanding backyard or secondary suite project, whether delivered as a renovation or new build. The application should demonstrate how the suite responds to the needs of the homeowner, occupant, site, and broader housing context, while showing strong design, functionality, innovation, and use of CHBA NS members.
Requirements
Eligibility Criteria & Important Information:
- Project must be entered as either a renovation or a new build.
- Applicant must be a CHBA NS member in good standing.
- The project must be complete within the year of 2026.
- A non-refundable fee of $125 must accompany each application.
