This award helps recognize excellence in performance by members who build energy efficient new homes and to inform the industry and public of these achievements.
Requirements
Eligibility Criteria & Important Information:
- Applicant must have built at least four homes during the year 2026.
- The home referenced in this application must have been completed during the year 2026.
- The home must have been enrolled in an energy efficiency program.
- Applicant must be a CHBA NS member in good standing.
- The same home or project may not be submitted in multiple categories.
- A non-refundable fee of $125 must accompany each application.
