This award recognizes a CHBA NS member that demonstrates excellence in modular construction. The application should show strong project quality, innovation, customer satisfaction, employee training, continuous improvement, and the effective use of modular construction techniques.

Eligibility Criteria & Important Information

• Applicant must be a CHBA NS member in good standing.
• Applicant must have completed four modular construction projects within Nova Scotia.
• Applicant must demonstrate excellence in modular construction techniques, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
• A non-refundable fee of $125 must accompany each application.
