Description
This award recognizes a professional sub-trade, interior designer, installer, or related member who demonstrates outstanding skill and service on a specific new home construction, multi-unit, or renovation project. Examples may include custom trim, single or multi-room design, specialty installation, technical construction detail, or other unique project work.

Eligibility Criteria & Important Information
- Applicant must be a CHBA NS member in good standing.
- The project must be complete within the year of 2026.
- A non-refundable fee of $125 must accompany each application.
